I was using a number that used to be mine but currently isn’t while talking to a friend so I clicked over a beep only to hear a voice ask the always retarded question “do you know who this is?”. So of course they were hung up on. Since I had nothing to lose I called the number back when I was done with my call and asked what they wanted. When they played the “do you know who this is? who is THIS? is this Richard?” game they got dumped again, but called back. Enraged.

This psycho started screaming, much to my amusement, that “you fukkin lied Richard! you fukkin LIED TA ME!” for a good 30 seconds. It was. AWESOME. I had to hang up on her before too long just to let them know that such inappropriate outbursts can’t be rewarded, but it was fun while it lasted.

The list of who it could be is blank since I haven’t lied to anyone since middle school, so who knows. This freak sure thinks I did though. Wonder how the rest of her night went…

UPDATE: I looked up the number and its an actual crazy person. Not a moody snotty girl from LA like i’d assumed - an actually clinically unstable girl from the midwest who suffers from mood swings (aka being a bitch for no reason) and frequent depression over the fact that she is frequently used as a human condom by skeezy guys who like fat chicks (yes, she’s actually morbidly obeise) and then throw her away. Sad actually. Don’t know what she thinks she was lied to about, but like her, it doesn’t matter.

All I wanted to do was add my iphone to a family plan… Yesterday they told me on the phone that I needed to go into the store and fill out a contract to re-activate my iphone after I got a new SIM card which allowed it to receive my California number. So I go to the store…

They were stumped on how to fix my problem, so I had to call Customer Service. from the store…

If this looks ridiculous, it should…

I was there for 2 hours. On the phone. Trying to do a simple task. Being transferred from department to department. Billing to tech support to regional offices to porting department to supervisors to whoknowswhere and so on.

I left without a resolution. Domingo, the rep “helping” me had long since become frustrated with my situation and given up and by that time was just trying to get me the hell out of the store.

When I got home I had learned enough about how AT&T works that I had figured out what needed to be done. So I called tech support and told them what to do, pretending someone else from the store gave the direction and I didn’t just make it up and the guy on the phone had it done in under 15 minutes…

I’m at my parents house in Texas now for a few days and I told my mom that while I’m here we should go to an AT&T store and ask about family plans. She said she didn’t know because my dad has been on a kick lately about him and my mom “not supporting me” so I should come at him with the raw numbers to convince him to join one. I paused for a second to try and understand that. Cuz of course, if we switched to a family plan, its not like I would just get a free ride on their plan… I would pay one third of the monthly bill that presumably would be cheaper than what I pay by myself and they pay on their together plan.

Even if the price difference doesn’t come out to be very much less than I’m currently paying, I still benefit under a family plan because my parents, together use about 12 of their minutes a month since everyone they call is on the same network, equaling free minutes.

So a switch to include me in a family plan hurts them none, but helps me lots. And that’s enough to make my dad oppose it. Its a FAMILY plan. It’s for people that are related to each other to share. Did my dad just kick me out of the family?

lol. My dad hates me.
