science is amazing. God bless every one of the chemical compounds used in this Birthday Cake flavored ice cream that make each bite a fkking party in my mouth.

Blue Bell is the only company I know that makes amazing flavors like cotton candy and birthday cake for home storage but they’re not nation wide. for overpriced cups of it, Coldstone or a similar creamery/gourmet ice cream place will have the more exotic stuff like this. theres bits of cake and sprinkles in it to make it indistinguishable (as far as your brain is concerned) from the real thing. its magic in every spoonful.

Update:-I take that back. it’s not sprinkles. i should have never said sprinkles. its those flat edible cake-confetti things. i regret the error.

Bananas go great in cotton candy ice cream and pineapple spears go great in bubble gum ice cream – BUT – sometimes i’ll just REALLY go crazy and swap the fruit. waaaatttt? I know. I’m fkkn badass, but its good. not AS good but good. And if you’re at a Coldstone or some other creamery that doesnt offer fruit: just have them mix pineapple or banana ice cream into the cotton candy or bubble gum respectively for the same effect.

It’s also known as Bryers Cookies & Creme. Cuz if you melt it just enough, its indistinguishable from the tasty McDonalds icecream-in-a-cup-kinda-thing they call a flurry. With a Mc of course. everythings gotta have a Mc on it.

My freezer is dialed to a lower cold level than it should be and has been for awhile, but the dial is at the back wall of the damn thing and I gotz foods in theres so wtf. I can’t get to that thing. It’s cool though (*nomination for best pun of the week) cuz everything from burgers to steaks to my ex girlfriends ring finger still stay perfectly frozen at this current setting. Ice cream is the only culprit that doesn’t freeze, but it doesnt actually “melt” so its never made me make the effort to turn up the chill.

The temp has turned my cookies & creme into McFlurry, which is blogworthy cuz you would think the “cookies” would be different or the “creme” would be different in SOME way that would make it similar but not quiiiiiite the same as a triple-F (fast food flurry. i just made it up and now its gonna catch on cuz im a trendsetter, so loogout bitchez). But no…no.

Its the same as people. Or, no. It’s the same -comma- people. That’s what I meant. Except not really cuz using “people” as a direct addressive was federally banned after Michelle in Full House turned 5.

Its probably the most fortuitous byproduct of an act of laziness thats happened to me since that other time with that other thing.

Why do people say “that’s so vanilla” to call something boring?

That’s not fair to vanilla. It’s not plain. It’s not just the “water” of ice cream. Vanilla is a flavor. It’s a taste. Vanilla is a flavor that is rich and tasty.

Ya, it’s not as zesty as even a few of the other basics like strawberry or mint chip. But you gonna tell me vanilla is significantly less complex of a taste than chocolate?

Gimmie a break dude. Lets just call this for what we all know it really is. Hating on whitey.

It’s the old “white men can’t jump/dance/or be cool” line, repackaged into a frozen sugar & cream metaphor.

Well screw that. If you don’t like the taste of vanilla then fine. But don’t put your bigotry on my people by using the outdated and false stereotype of vanilla being bland or uninteresting.

Vanilla Power.
