My mom sent me this article on Apple cider vinegar uses because she knows I already use most of them, but this one about it being good for your teeth is just nuts:
Apple cider vinegar can remove stains in your kitchen and bathroom—and the same theory applies to your teeth. To remove stains, rub or scrub apple cider vinegar directly onto your teeth. It sure beats the taste of baking soda.
It’s true that it’s good for your teeth, but its a vile substance that no one can possibly enjoy. Baking Soda is hardly even traceable. So wtf are these morons talking about? I also dont know how you’re supposed to rub a liquid on your teeth. You can swish it around in your cheeks but how would you rub it onto your teeth unless you have dentures that come out?
This is all wrong. Wrong and insidious.
But use Apple Cider Vinegar for yo teef if ya want. It good for you.
