Base ingredients:
-Kale
-Banana
-Frozen peaches
-Water (or Coconut water, as pictured here)
Added:
-Spoonful of Flax Seed
-Spoonful of Chia Seeds
-Splash of almond milk
It doesn’t taste grassy or vegetablish, I promise. It’s got a pleasant, light taste that anyone can enjoy. Literally “enjoy”. Not just “tolerate”. It’s GOOD, folks. In fact, I plan on tricking my nephews into guzzling down some of these under the guise of being “Shrek Shakes”. They’ll never even know that there are plants and crazy-levels of nutrients in it.
