You’re gonna have to adjust your portions cuz I made a giant pitcher on this, my first attempt at this combination.
The taste is fruity with a subtle kick from the garlic.
Add honey and more ginger to sweeten and dull the other tastes.
Inside:
4 leaves of kale, 80% of a cucumber, 3 stalks of celery, 2 bananas, half an apple, 2 cups frozen pineapple/papaya/strawberry mix, half a clove of garlic, scoop of flax seed, scoop of ginger supplement powder, scoop of chia seeds and 2 spoonful’s of coconut oil (good-kind-of-fat that aids in nutrient absorption).
