Although diagnosed to my satisfaction,. the Mystery Gut Ailment that has been plaguing me (see link for back-posts of this saga) still presents problems… Mainly: if I eat too much at a time, the plumbing just gets stopped up way too early in the digestion process and food starts fermenting in that traffic jam. Usually this just results in “omg seriously??” levels of belching. This time the toll maids said “no way” and pulled the emergency latch to send the backlog back out the esophagus – but since it was the fire alarm system and not an intercom with the people in the brain room – I didn’t have a chance to fully react. So I just thought this was likely going to be another air-vomit thing where it feels like a puke sesh but I just bark out eggs of air pockets. Except not really. That’s some revisionist history now that I think about it, cuz why else would I rush to the bathroom at all if I didn’t feel strong indications that “this is gonna be puke”? So I guess I knew it was gonna be barf-time and for some reason I dumped it right into the sink instead of the toilet. Whatever the lead-up: that’s the punchline… I friggin yakked into the damn stupid sink at midnight with no adults around to take care of this situation…
This – oddly enough – turned out to be a bad idea… Cuz that just left a stagnant pool of stomach acidic chunks of glop that wouldn’t drain.
I have a photo of this, btw… I thought about posting it. but that’s too mean/gross. So instead – just imagine a — youknowhwat? no. Don’t imagine anything. I had a description that was spot-on, but I’m not gonna do that to you either. That’s not what I’m here for. I’m just chronicling what happened and moving on.
Getting someone to clean up after me was a challenge though…
I ended up having to put on plastic gloves and hand scoop my partially digested food from the sink to the T bowl and clean the crime scene with vinegar all up afterward like a friggin adult. It was terrible. And it’s why I’m not having children until I can afford a nanny to do this part of the job for me…
