This is a food waste emergency:
I made way too much steak & eggs for brek and i don’t have any friends that aren’t girly chicks or gay vegans to come eat the other half of the meat and remaining eggs :/ #beforenoonproblems
It’s also not that “steak&eggs” bullshit soup in a pan, either.
it’s steak (32oz rare ribeye);
and on the side: eggs. just like God intended. scrambled into the perfection zone of being exactly dry without a hint of getting burned in any spot.
served with a wine glass of a home-mixed pomegranate, cranberry and splash of V8 Fusion banana-strawberry (basically just antioxidant enriched flavoring).
Come & eat at the table by the pool while i get some laps done before it gets cold or before i decide to finish it off anyway and then we’ll go swimming. i’m a certified lifeguard so i’ll save you if you start to die from the not-waiting-20-minute-after-eating thing [which isn’t real].
Hurry up to allow a leisurely after-meal settle in the sun over light discussion before we part, cuz i’ve got work to get to eventually.
