Death Row convicts should have an optional program they could enroll in to volunteer for potentially lethal testing. Like shark repellent wet suits, sprays and electronic devices: the convict gets one last taste of freedom, does something useful for society – and if he dies in the course of it all – notabigdeal cuz the piece of shit is a murderer who was gonna get put to death anyway. Win for society and win for them cuz they get to go out on a positive note.
