Landlords have no sense of humor… looking to rent a new filming location so naturally I have to ask how sound travels through the shared walls in various structures. Only 1 out of 3 laughed when I said I want to be able to strangle a prostitute and not have the neighbors be bothered by the screams. and it was a kind of turned-on laughter that reversed the tables of who’s creepin who out. a skilled opponent for sure.
Haha, well that’s a tad awkward if a landlord seems ok with the thought of prostitutes in their building!
