Some people need to learn how to fall out of love with their own voice and just get to the point. I feel like i’m on the phone with the douche dad from How I Met Your Mother… Ive only seen snippets of it on American Airlines flights and I guess the show is okay but I always feel bad for the kids who just asked “hey, how’d you and mom meet each other, anyway?” and instead of getting a 5 minute summary, had to sit through over 8 years of hour long side-stories containing long and elaborate details completely unrelated to their frigging question.
Also, everyone says Niel Patrick Harris’ character (I forget his name. UPDATE: Barney) on there reminds them of me and I’m never sure how to take it since the only clips i’ve ever seen of him are him saying “suit up” and delivery mediocre dialogue in a bar setting. hmmm
